and service to all Krones and Jagenberg
Aggregates.
Pallet
Control
After a complete disassembly,
and assessment of key components such as
gears, shafts and control cam, for reuse
or replacement, is made.
If required,
a replacement of all key components is made.
MTS prides itself on use of ONLY
quality replacement parts
Top of the line Bearings such as INA and
FAG Flame hardened shafts to 44/47 Rockwell
and matched Oillite Bushings to the nominal
size and tolerances of the shaft, resulting
in better fit and less axial play.
Various
stages of cleaning, evaluation, assembly
and set up are made to complete the
overhaul.
We test
our Aggregates for 24 hours after a
rebuild, to ensure smooth running and
function.
At customer's
option, mechanical to electrical oil
pump replacement with oil flow warning
device is available.
