The ServoTech Labeler
is designed for extreme flexibility, ease
of operation, compact footprint and precise
label application. The no tools
required change over feature makes the
ServoTech labeler a user friendly machine for both
operators and maintenance personnel.
The
innovative design of this labeler introduces a
new concept in labeling that delivers maximum
practical application. The ServoTech labeler combines
and integrates multiple labeling techniques such
as cold glue, pressure-sensitive and hot melt labeling.
Containers
are perfectly controlled on the individually
servo driven bottle plates.
The
bottle table bottle plates and the labeling
stations have their own drives.
The servo driven bottle
plates can be pre-programmed to
accommodate various bottle and label configurations.
This in turn reduces change over time
as the controlling part of the container is done
with the push of a button.
The ServoTech
utilizes multiple and/or redundant servo pressure-sensitive
applicating heads, with multiple cold-glue aggregates/stations. A
Hot-Melt station can also be integrated. The
ServoTech is built to meet the demands of your labeling
applications. Bottle table diameters
range from 600 to 1,800 mm pcd. All machines
can be equipped with MTS renowned Quick Change Bottle
and Label Handling Change Parts, which reduces set
up and handling parts changeover time, resulting
in lower service and maintenance costs.
Customers now have the
option to run many diverse packages simultaneously.
A premium product can be labeled
with a cold glue neck, medallion and a no-label
look PS body front and body back labels. The ServoTech
can successfully combine cold-glue, hot melt and
pressure-sensitive labeling on a single machine
running in unison or separate. It has been
designed for any industry at speeds up to 1,200
bottles per minute.
This ServoTech is designed
to use minimal wear parts. Our Labeling
systems are easily integrated into your
new or existing line configuration.
