Bottle Table Conversion and Cam Design For Rotary Labelers

When you require a new label or container configuration on your labeler, the first question is, "Will the existing Bottle Table Cam or type work with the new package?"

MTS will design, manufacture and install a New Bottle Table or Bottle Table Cam to fit your package requirements. MTS will design the exact turns for your bottle table in order to give you the perfect wipe down on your container. MTS can also add a Servo motor to your Rotary Hot Melt Labeler which will give you more versatility for your containers.

MTS can convert your existing mechanical bottle table for a cold glue or pressure sensitive labeler to individually drive each bottle plate. A new slip ring and bottle table will be required as well as the servo motor and controller. This method will replace your mechanical cam.
